    The way to pay in our e-shop
    After selecting goods in our e-shop, you confirm your purchase by clicking on the Pay button. You will be redirected to our processing bank Ceska Sporitelna a.s., which will ask you to enter your card details: card number, expiration date and validation code CVV2/CVC2 (three- digit code printed on the signature panel on the back side of your card). This code helps to validate you as a legitimate cardholder and increases commitment to protect customer from fraud.

    Ceska Sporitelna a.s. is the only entity processing your card details and guarantees encrypted data transmission. Our shop receives only the result of authorization and instructions about how to further process the transaction. This method prevents misusage of your card by the subject who sells goods as well as the free transmission of unsecured data in public computer net. You will be informed about the result of transaction via email.

    If problems occurred while shopping in our e-shop, it could have been due to the following reasons:

  • Your card details were not filled in correctly
  • You do not have sufficient funds on your account or you have exceeded the fixed limit for internet transactions
  • Your card is not intended for on-line shopping, please contact your issuer to clarify your problem

    You will be charged in the Czech currency - Ceska Koruna (CZK). The total amount to pay is recalculated at exchange rate 1 EUR = CZK.
