You will use these coloured copper wires for most of your flies and variety of applications:

• to firm up fly bodies made out of fragile materials (feathers) and to stretch out the life span of the fly
• the ribbing of fly bodies to imitate insect body segmentation
• fly weighting
• their colour and gloss increase fly effectivity
• creating parts of flies: thorax (Ritz nymph), body (micro nymphs), tips (tiny flies)

Small wire diameter 0,09 mm is suitable for very small flies of size 16 and smaller, especially for micro nymphs, buzzers. You can create interesting effect when tying dry flies and increase the fly lifetime.

Medium diameter 0,18 mm wires fit to all medium sized flies 8-12. They are essential for tying Czech nymphs, buzzers, streamers, wet flies and nymphs. Wide color chart enables to create very interesting, effective and first of all new fly patterns.
