With Tube Body you can quickly create flies that are excellent floaters - the Tube Body is hollow and contains air bubbles, making the fly bob on the surface like cork. Tube body is flexible and soft fly body, spooky fish keeps it! Tube Body ties very attractive mayfly duns with shucks or mayflies with tails.
Tube Body creates a caddis pupa in a few seconds. Put the Caddis Pupa Tube Body on the hook with the body extending over the hook gap and secure it with tying thread. Add soft hackle and that's it!
Want a bead-head lake nymph? There's nothing simpler than that. Put a golden bead on the hook, tie in the Tube Body Simulator with transparent tip extending far out, dub the thorax using a peacock Dubbing Brush and you have an efficient nymph !
The Tube Body makes a great combination with our tying materials Dubbing Brush and Softdub. While the Dubbing Brush and Softdub create a fuzzy silhouette of the fly, the Tube Body produces one that is highly realistic. Dubbing Brush can be used to tie the thorax and legs, especially those of nymphs, duns and emergers.
Our current Tube Body product range is wide, but it will be gradually extended. We can also produce other combinations as may be requested by flytiers, distributors or fly factories.
